What does this meme mean?

Put an easy but unwanted action on the card. The second panel implies that the person would rather accept the absurd penalty.

Where it comes from

A Facebook post by Damien Jones paired the card and player images in January 2020. Reposts and rewritten conditions spread the format across Twitter, Reddit and Instagram.

Make your own version

  1. Write one action followed by the draw-25 penalty on the first panel.
  2. Label the card-holding player with the person or group refusing that action.
  3. Reveal the second panel after a short pause so the refusal lands as the punchline.
