What does this meme mean?
Label the balloon as a goal and the pulling character as whatever blocks it. The visual turns an everyday obstacle into a simple tug-of-war.
Where it comes from
Webcomic artist Superlmer shared the comic on Facebook in April 2017. Its original labels contrasted opportunities with shyness; later versions relabeled the goal and obstacle.

Make your own version
- Label the balloon with a clear goal such as sleep or finishing an edit.
- Label the reaching person and the character pulling them away.
- Keep all three labels visible so the goal and obstacle can be understood together.
